Newton:
The east of Newton is adjacent to downtown Boston. According to the 2014 U.S. census, Newton has a population of 85,177. It has always been favored by buyers for its good school district, safe community, quaint architectural style, beautiful environment, and convenient transportation. High education level, noble occupation, high income. Newton Public School has thirteen elementary schools, four junior high schools, and two high schools. It is the closest family-oriented community with detached villas near downtown Boston.
Brookline:
Brookline is adjacent to six communities in downtown Boston to the east, north, and south, and Newton to the west. According to the 2014 U.S. Census, Brookline had a population of 58,634.
